Tabio is a product of Clorostica, a sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen) run by Cael Rowley. There is no company registration; the business is operated by the named individual.

No VAT identification number has been issued. The business makes use of the German small-business exemption (§ 19 UStG). VAT on your subscription is charged, collected and remitted by the merchant of record (see below), not by Clorostica.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe under its Managed Payments programme.
Link (operated by Stripe) is the merchant of record for the payment: it is the seller of
record for the transaction, issues receipts and invoices, collects and remits VAT, and
handles payment-related support and refunds. Charges appear on your statement as
LINK.COM*. Payment support:
support.link.com.
Clorostica remains responsible for the Tabio service itself.
